RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR MERCHANDISE
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so we do provide returns for merchandises purchased from our online store.
(except Sale Merchandise, Items bought on Discount codes, bags, intimates, swimwear, accessories, scarves, beanies, online credit note, vouches, discount codes)
1. Returns and Exchanges Policy
For return items to be valid, all requests for returns or exchanges must be raised and returned within 10 days for Singapore online orders and 20 days for international orders from date of delivery. You have the option to return and/or exchange at our boutique in Singapore or through the online store.

In case of any defect/faulty item sent, kindly attach a clear picture of the defect and description of the defect.
You may proceed to mail the item/s back to us or proceed for returns / exchanges at the boutique ONLY AFTER you have received a confirmation email from us.
PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED WITH RETURNING ANY ITEM(S) BEFORE RECEIVING A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL.

2. Return Methods and Procedures
Returns via Online Store
Step 1: Please drop an email to us at ordersglitterglam@gmail.com in the following format,

You may proceed to mail the item/s back to us or proceed for returns / exchanges at the boutique ONLY AFTER you receive a confirmation email from us.
In case of any defective/faulty item(s), kindly attach a clear picture of the defect and description of the defect.
Step 2: Our team will review the request to return the item(s) to ensure the items are in mint condition.
Step 3: Once your return eligibility is confirmed, a return confirmation email will be sent to you with the instructions on the return procedures.
(Should the return item(s) be deemed to be not in their original condition, Glitter Glam reserves the right to return the item at senders' cost.)
Once we have received your item(s) in their original conditions, we will issue you a credit note within 5-7 business days. Usage on credit notes can be found at later on this page.
Returns via Boutique Drop-off

You may proceed to mail the item/s back to us or proceed for returns / exchanges at the boutique ONLY AFTER you receive a confirmation email from us.

Step 2: We will proceed send you an email regarding the process returns.
You will need to bring along your original invoice together with the item(s) in their original condition and packaging to the retail store. The retail associate will evaluate the condition of your returned item(s). For eligible returns, you will be entitled to an exchange of any regular-priced items in our boutique immediately. Sale items are strictly not allowed for exchange. No other forms of return (such as cash vouchers or online store credit) will be given. If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to top up the difference in cash. There will be no refund if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s).
3. Return Conditions
- All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.
- All returned item(s) must be in its brand new original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and receipts attached. Item(s) which show signs of wear/being worn, washed, altered, ironed, will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Glitter Glam reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns or exchanges. You shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected return or exchange request item(s) to you. Glitter Glam's decisions on returns and exchanges are final.
- All promotional, sale and discounted item(s), including those bought on discount codes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- The amount of online store credit for any exchange or return will not cover shipping and handling fees and/or taxes.
- We will issue you a credit note within 5-7 business days upon the receipt of your returned item. The credit note is valid for 45 days and it is not refundable nor extendable. Credit notes are not to be used in conjunction with any forms of discount codes. Credit notes are to be used only on regular-priced items and has to be used in one transaction. Prevailing delivery charges apply as per normal.
- We highly recommend customers to mail to us using any trackable form of delivery method. We are not liable for any parcels lost during delivery. In the event of lost parcels, Glitter Glam will not be able to provide any form of exchanges or returns.
- Return parcels have to reach us during the stipulated time frame, any requests for returns and/or exchanges thereafter will be duly declined.
- We are unable to accept returns and/exchanges if the item(s) was/were bought at through any third parties. Original receipts need to be shown for proof.
1. MODES OF DELIVERY (LOCAL)
We will need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel to the selected service provider. We are using Singpost as our designated postage provider.
After your parcel has been dispatched, the time taken for your parcel to reach you varies as it is dependent on the mode of postage chosen. Please refer to the following for more information on the approximate time frame needed.
The price of postage includes handling fees.
a) STANDARD / NORMAL MAIL
The cost of normal postage starts from SGD$1.50. All normal parcels will be dispatched via Singpost for mailing. Please allow your parcels 3-7 working days to reach you. Please note that the weight limit for normal parcels is at 2kg. Order which exceeds this weight limit will have to be sent via Courier Service instead.
As tracking is not available for this, Glitter Glam will not be held liable for any lost parcels/ damaged items mailed out via this mode of postage.
b) REGISTERED MAIL
The cost of Registered mail is an additional $2.24 on top of Standard Mail rates for local postage and an additional $2.20 for international orders. The parcels will be dispatched via Singpost. Kindly note that there is a weight limit of 2kg for any Registered Parcel. Order which exceeds this weight limit will have to be sent via Courier instead.
Please allow your parcels 3-4 working days to reach you. Please note that the weight limit for registered parcels is at 2kg.
Your tracking number will be sent to you within 2-3 working days once your parcel has been delivered.
If addressee is not at the delivery location to receive the parcel, Singpost will leave a note to notify you to pick up the parcel from the nearest post office.
c) COURIER SERVICE
The courier will deliver the parcel within the next 2-3 working days* after it has been processed for delivery.
There will also be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout so the courier can reach you in any unforeseen circumstances.
*Working days refer to Monday - Friday only (excluding public holidays).
d) SELF COLLECT AT BOUTIQUE
Self collection is free and available for local orders only on every Friday.

In the event the parcel may be collected earlier than the stipulated date, we will drop you an email to inform you of the timing.
Note:
Please note that we are unable to deliver to any PO Box, military, protected area/location. We are also unable to deliver to the following locations in Singapore: Changi Air Freight Center, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal Wharves – Tanjong Pagar / Pasir Panjang / Sembawang and MINDEF COMCEN. Delivery charges for failure of attempted delivery to the restricted areas will be borne by the sender.
Glitter Glam only delivers to one delivery address per order. Any redirection of address will be subjected to an additional re-routing delivery fee of S$10. Delivery to an incorrect or non-existent delivery address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
2. I'VE RECEIVED A FAULTY / DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
At Glitter Glam, we seek to provide you quality products. We sincerely apologize to have mailed you a defected / faulty item. Please email us for more details on our Return and Exchange Policy. If you’re unsure of the procedures, kindly contact us and we’ll be glad to render any assistance.
We aim to resolve any issue with a defected / faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to inform us at ordersglitterglam@gmail.com as soon as you discover the defect / fault. Please include a snapshot of the defective area and also your order number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
3. I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER
We apologize to have mailed you an incorrect item. Click here for more details on our Return and Exchange Policy. If you’re unsure of the procedures, kindly contact us and we’ll be glad to be of any assistance.

4. AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER
We apologize for missing out on the item/s. Please contact us for further assistance at ordersglitterglam@gmail.com together with your Order ID and the missing item name, size and color.
5. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are currently shipping to Malaysia!
Flat rate at $15 for orders below SGD200.
Flat rate at $10 for orders above SGD200.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country will be borne by the recipient of the order. If you refuse a shipment from Glitter Glam, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Glitter Glam.
