Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR MERCHANDISE

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so we do provide returns for merchandises purchased from our online store.

(except Sale Merchandise, Items bought on Discount codes, bags, intimates, swimwear, accessories, scarves, beanies, online credit note, vouches, discount codes)

 

1. Returns and Exchanges Policy

For return items to be valid, all requests for returns or exchanges must be raised and returned within 10 days for Singapore online orders and 20 days for international orders from date of delivery. You have the option to return and/or exchange at our boutique in Singapore or through the online store.

In case of any defect/faulty item sent, kindly attach a clear picture of the defect and description of the defect. 

 

You may proceed to mail the item/s back to us or proceed for returns / exchanges at the boutique ONLY AFTER you have received a confirmation email from us.

PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED WITH RETURNING ANY ITEM(S) BEFORE RECEIVING A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL.

2. Return Methods and Procedures

 

Returns via Online Store

 

Step 1: Please drop an email to us at ordersglitterglam@gmail.com in the following format,

You may proceed to mail the item/s back to us or proceed for returns / exchanges at the boutique ONLY AFTER you receive a confirmation email from us.

In case of any defective/faulty item(s), kindly attach a clear picture of the defect and description of the defect. 

 

Step 2: Our team will review the request to return the item(s) to ensure the items are in mint condition.

 

Step 3: Once your return eligibility is confirmed, a return confirmation email will be sent to you with the instructions on the return procedures.


(Should the return item(s) be deemed to be not in their original condition, Glitter Glam reserves the right to return the item at senders' cost.)

Once we have received your item(s) in their original conditions, we will issue you a credit note within 5-7 business days. Usage on credit notes can be found at later on this page. 

 

 

Returns via Boutique Drop-off

 

Step 1: Please drop an email to us at ordersglitterglam@gmail.com in the following format,

You may proceed to mail the item/s back to us or proceed for returns / exchanges at the boutique ONLY AFTER you receive a confirmation email from us.

Step 2: We will proceed send you an email regarding the process returns.

You will need to bring along your original invoice together with the item(s) in their original condition and packaging to the retail store. The retail associate will evaluate the condition of your returned item(s). For eligible returns, you will be entitled to an exchange of any regular-priced items in our boutique immediately. Sale items are strictly not allowed for exchange. No other forms of return (such as cash vouchers or online store credit) will be given. If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to top up the difference in cash. There will be no refund if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s).

 

 

3. Return Conditions

  • All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.

  • All returned item(s) must be in its brand new original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and receipts attached. Item(s) which show signs of wear/being worn, washed, altered, ironed, will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Glitter Glam reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns or exchanges. You shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected return or exchange request item(s) to you. Glitter Glam's decisions on returns and exchanges are final.

    • All promotional, sale and discounted item(s), including those bought on discount codes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

    • The amount of online store credit for any exchange or return will not cover shipping and handling fees and/or taxes.

      • We will issue you a credit note within 5-7 business days upon the receipt of your returned item. The credit note is valid for 45 days and it is not refundable nor extendable. Credit notes are not to be used in conjunction with any forms of discount codes. Credit notes are to be used only on regular-priced items and has to be used in one transaction. Prevailing delivery charges apply as per normal. 

        • We highly recommend customers to mail to us using any trackable form of delivery method. We are not liable for any parcels lost during delivery. In the event of lost parcels, Glitter Glam will not be able to provide any form of exchanges or returns. 

          • Return parcels have to reach us during the stipulated time frame, any requests for returns and/or exchanges thereafter will be duly declined.  

           

          • We are unable to accept returns and/exchanges if the item(s) was/were bought at through any third parties. Original receipts need to be shown for proof.
