How do I order?

Click " Add to Cart " button on your desired item, you can proceed to your shopping cart for check out. 

Please ensure that all your information such as name, billing address are correct before checking out to confirm your purchases. 

 

 

I have a discount code, how can I use it in paying for my orders?

You can key in your voucher code at the field Discount Code in your Shopping Cart Page before checking out. The amount will be deducted automatically by our system. 

 

Do ensure that your voucher code is correct, if you missed a number or letter during check out, it will appear invaild. 

 

Can I amend or cancel my Order after confirming it?

It is possible to amend or cancel your order, provided that the item is available in our warehouse. You can drop us an email at glitterglamshop@gmail.com to amend or cancel your order. We will try our best to do it just for our lovely customers. 

 

Why is my order cancelled?

We reserved all orders for 48 hours from time of order. If you are unable to make payment within stipulated time frame, we have the rights to cancel the order. To purchase your desired item again, you have to proceed to our boutique / isetan / online stores. 

 

Will an item be restocked?

We apologize that we do not restocked items. If you are really very interested to purchase any items, you can drop us an email at glitterglamshop@gmail.com. We will keep you inform if there is available stock in our boutique / isetan / customers who cancelled their order. 

 

What are the things I need to take note of in caring for my purchases?

We always recommend all our products to be hand-wash to keep them in mint condition. 

Do not soak our products for a long period of time to prevent color transfer. 

We encourage low to medium heat ironing except for silk, satin and chiffon. Steaming of any apparels are highly recommended! 

 

I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

If you have chosen normal / standard mail, we are very sorry that we are unable to help you as there is no tracking number for the parcel. Therefore, we highly recommend you to opt for registered mail ( additional $3.75 on top of normal mail postage ) . Registered mail postage provide tracking number to help us to trace the location of your parcel. For more information on tracking, you may log on to www.singpost.com to track your registered parcel. 

 

Once we have mailed the parcel, we will send you the tracking number via email.
